Fenugreek is a herbal product used by women who want to breast enlargement or who feel that their breast are too small and need to enlarge them. The product however has got its side effects some of which are mild and others which can be fatal and cause death.
Some of the minor Fenugreek Side Effects are: Headeaches dizziness, gas in the stomach and dizziness. There are other rather serious effects which will lead to the discontinued use of the product. Some of these side effects are:
a) There could be internal bleeding and this is indicated by passing of tarry black stools, which is an indication that there is blood in the digestive system. There is also vomiting of blood and this sign of gastrointestinal bleeding which indicates there is internal bleeding.
b) There could also be bleeding of the brain and this is shown by changes in vision and speech changes. When there is headaches, weakness and numbness in the arms and legs this could be a sign of bleeding of the brain. This is a serious condition which can easily lead to death.
c) There are other effects like the allergic ones. When there is allergic signs its an indication that the body of the person using the product is not absorbed in the system or it is not welcome in their body. Allergic signs like: Hives, Itching, wheezing, having random swellings, difficulty in breathing and also troubled swallowing meaning the tonsils are affected.
There are other types of Fenugreek side effects which include Signs of an allergic reaction, such as: There is likely to be constipation because in most cases the person experiences poor digestion and also experiences bad stomach upsets There is also diarhoea,heartburns ,gas and bloating of the stomach due to the indigestion.. Fenugreek is known to induce labor and is therefore not advisable for women who are pregnant because it can lead to a miscarriage. However one can use it after birth.
It is advisable to visit a doctor if one notices any of the above Fenugreek Side Effects especially if one suspects gastrointestinal bleeding and also if there are signs of brain bleeding. Of course there should be some test run to detect this therefore seeing a doctor is wise. The ultimate solution is to stop using the product but it might already have damaged and hence the need to visit the doctor.
