Constant headache and vomiting are also some of the side effects of too much iron. They can occur and diminish suddenly, so one should not take a chance if these symptoms are experienced. The doctor should be consulted immediately for treatment. By way of test, it can be arrived at whether the iron content in the body is too high. Apart from medication to solve the condition, the doctor might also prescribe a diet to follow for a few days and schedule checkups to see if the situation is under control.
